Small teakplantations are plantations
which are already planted. The trees
on the parcel are 2 till 10 years old.
When you are investing, you will be
co-proprietor with me in a “S.A”
(S.A is equal to a limited liability
company).

Misterteak
will stay a co-proprietor of the Teakplantation
and will do the maintenance. Besides the maintenance
MisterTeak also takes care of the yearly report
from an Forestry-Engineer. The plantations
are discribed in the land registry. The minimal
investing in small teakplantations starts
at € 50.000,-.
