Buying
a beach is also possible by MisterTeak.
The parcels for sale are from the beach
“Playa Linda”. You can buy
a part of 500 square meter inside the
200 meter zone. Every year the beach
receives hundreds of seaturtles which
lay their eggs. The beach is positioned
in a rather unknown area, because the
roads to the beach are in bad condition.
In 2003 the government started to improve
the road structure of Costa Rica. |
